If you have changed your mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then have decided that you want to cancel the order, you as a consumer have the right to do so and get a refund of the money you have paid to us minus the shipping fee, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 90 days after the day you received the goods.

Once accepted, we will give you a return address and shipping information.
If you return something to us, it is important that it is packed correctly so that it is not damaged during transport. We therefore suggest that you pack the item in the original packaging (provided that you have the packaging and it is still intact).
Where it is not possible to use the original packaging, make sure that the goods are adequately packed and padded to protect against reasonable shocks, punctures, scratches or damage that may occur during transport, handling and / or sorting.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.
